“I came to the Washington Rd Cricket to sign up for the ACP program and upgrade my daughter's phone. Laniah the customer care employee and the manager Ebony were FANTASTIC! Not only did they carefully and patiently assist me with the sign-up process, they made sure my daughter received a new phone and case. Ebony went to great lengths to make sure I was awarded every discount available while Laniah worked on transferring phone data and everything else needed to make sure the new phone was working. The energy in the store is a great vibe: laughter, respectful, and genuine customer care. All I can say is I'm glad these ladies are here, and this is the go-to store as long as they are here!”

“I came in to the store to activate my replacement phone and they notice my phone was outdated and Johnathan and Sky who was Super Nice and Cool checked to see if I was eligible for upgrade and they helped me with the whole process they activated my phone made sure i had my cricket app on phone and HBO Max and showed me how it work and mad sure I had everything on my new phone before I Left they even helped me with Case on phone put it on for me and showed me how to register for the Lifetime Warranty!! Thank you Jonathan and Sky for your help and assistance! They are absolutely Awesome and extremely Amazing !!!”

“Exceptional customer service!! I took my elderly mother in today to get a phone, we had been to several other places before we came here and no one was as kind and professional as what we encountered at this store. Our sales person was Jenn and she took care of everything my mother needed. She explained every step of the process easily and quickly so my mother understood and felt valued. I almost thought customer service was a thing of the past but my faith has been restored by one visit to this store. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing help with phone service.”
