“By far one of my favorite places to shop at. We moved over from Walmart to Target for our shopping needs and it is an absolute game changer. Before we already had to deal with shady customers, cluttered aisles, boxes and carts blocking the way. Now we just shop like we’re suppose to with organized aisles, decent customers, and welcoming staff members. I will not claim that every single trip I make is exactly like this but at least 90% or more of them are, and that’s what keeps us coming back time and time again.”

He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of technology (new phones, hot spot, etc. and made our entire upgrade process smooth and easy. We upgraded two phones to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and one phone to the iPhone 17 Pro, and Rickey explained everything clearly from start to finish. His positive attitude, professionalism, and patience truly stood out. “My husband lost his cell phone. It had everything in it. He is 72 years old. He went to the store on wrightsboro rd and that woman refused to transfer his phone number to the new phone. We had ALL Our information and pictures we very much needed. She has a 4 ft speaker in there and you can't hear her. She's rude I have personally seen people walk out. We needed to recover many things. She pushed another phone number and had my husband so upset. He is a amputee and had a heart attack a few weeks prior. She did not care how she treated him and pushed the sale. She doesn't belong in sales. We had to have a phone so he was talked into getting another number. This woman has no clue how upset we were. My husband ended up calling customer service. They told Us she could have given him his same number. We lost pictures we needed. Omgawd she's terrible!!.
My husband met Sandra at the Washington Rd store. Now that lady has class. She spent so much time undoing the damage. Sandra is a great person and makes your company shine. That woman spent so much time on the phone, fixing what needed to be done. If the world had more people like Sandra what a wonderful world it would be. Sandra, Thank you We give you 10 stars. Your a amazing sweet woman.”

He moved the line quickly thanks to how skilled and efficient he is with every part of the checkout process. On top of that, he was incredibly polite, friendly, and genuinely engaged with every customer. You can tell he truly loves his job, and it shows in the way he treats people. Jackson turned what could have been a stressful wait into a great experience. Highly recommend his service!”

“Dairrion is the man! I just bought a brand new ps5 slim model and when I got it home it would not give any hdmi signal. I tried different tvs and different hdmi cords too. Nothing was working. I took everything back up to the store hoping they might be able to help troubleshoot. Well unfortunately their console diagnosis machine was completely out of order at the time. But Dairrion listened and believed me and did a swap for me, so I ended up leaving with a different brand new ps5 slim. This one worked right away when I got home. I really appreciated how understanding he was and that he was willing to immediately help me out. 5 stars for him. Im still a little miffed about Sony's console quality, but then again there is a possibility I was doing something wrong with it but we weren't able to figure that out since he couldn't do a diagnosis. Either way, he got me right as rain in no time and im a happy owner of a new ps5 slim.”

“I discovered the cellular data feature on my iPad conveniently stopped working while I was at the airport. Before making my connecting flight I sat on the phone with Verizon's tech support and it was the most frustrating experience ever. Instead of listening to my issue the gentleman insisted on taking me through a series of loosely related troubleshooting actions ( I get it he had to.. it was still frustrating). He then transfers me to a "tier two" tech support member who ended up NOT being tier two and took me through the same exact steps. By this time I had to board my flight home. What does this have to do with the Evans store? When I landed, I drove straight to the Verizon store, explained what was going on to Eric and LITERALLY within 10 minutes I had a new SIM card, a functioning iPad and was back in my vehicle headed home. He was very friendly, helpful and LISTENED! Give that man a raise!”
“I walked in this afternoon with my family looking for the new Meta glasses and I was treated amazing by Shamar as he was so professional and was able to give me a personal opinion and advice about the new glasses I had questions about and other electronics. He was very knowledgeable of everything I had questions about and the types of glasses he would recommend. I bought my first pair and I will be returning!”
“Very good experience. I went to the store for a battery replacement today. The only reason I give this visit 4 out of 5 stars is because of the wait. Even with an appointment, you will wait a long time initially. I wish I remembered what the young man’s name was at the front table assisting customers. His name stated with a “L” I believe. Great customer service. I hate I can’t remember his name.”

Our sales person was Jenn and she took care of everything my mother needed. She explained every step of the process easily and quickly so my mother understood and felt valued.
