“I originally went to Jiffy Lube because I had already purchased my own daytime running light bulbs and wanted to see if they could install them. They looked at my car and said it might be a wiring issue or the bulb itself, but they didn’t offer to install the new bulbs and recommended I take it to a mechanic.

I then drove across the street to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I’m so glad I did! Terry took the time to inspect the issue, explained exactly what was going on, and even installed the new bulbs for me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of just sending me somewhere else.

I installed new rotors and brake pads on my car during the weekend but for some reason the brakes were grinding and making noises. James quickly identified the issue, made a diagnosis and repaired the problem. Apparently I needed new hardware to hold the brake pads. It took him less than an hour to complete the service. He also bled, flushed, and replaced the brake fluid. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process.
