I like that you can stay in your car while it's being done and they are very efficient.
I drive out of my way to go to this specific service center. I think the longest it's ever taken from arrival to done was about 30 minutes.”

“Can’t say enough about my experience. I took my dad’s 72 Ford Ranger in to get it checked out and make sure it was safe to drive and fix any issues. Nichols did a thorough inspection and made their recommendations. Everything was related to safety issues but I never once felt pressured. Took it back to get the work done, they kept me up to date and in the loop of some unforeseen issues. Again, never felt pressured or talked into anything. I have the truck back now and it’s 1000 times better driving. I love driving it around town and I know my dad is smiling down. This truck has been in my family since my grandfather bought it brand new in 72. To say I now have someone that I can trust to take care of something that means so to much to us - is such a blessing. “Most car care tools are available for self-service use. I haven’t used the normal garage operation, only the self-serve. The bays are clean and they offer a convenient general service tool box”
“I don't know about everyone else's complaints on here but I've never had a negative experience and I've used their services a half dozen times. The only issues I've ever had was with other customers who were rude or abusive to store employees needlessly or cut in line in front of me and didn't care.
I just got new tires today and they did a great job. I'll come back when I need any of the services they offer since they aren't full service auto shop.”
