“The only reason I can not give 5 stars is because the up charge on the cabin air filter that needs no tools to replace. This is a $12 part and I was charged $50 to replace it. It is about as difficult to change the batteries in your remote as it is to replace the cabin air filter. Of course the price was never disclosed until after the services were rendered. It’s absolutely ridiculous and arrogant for a business to up charge customers like that.
Today I simply went for an oil change and nothing else. Makynzi was the technician who worked on my car. She was professional and explained everything to me. I was happy with the service but an oil change is the only thing I’ll allow them to my car. I will say despite the business ripping me off on the cabin air filter Makynzi was amazing and I’ll return solely because of her professionalism and customer service.”

“Wonderful and friendly staff! They replaced my wiper blades, changed my oil, and replaced my tail light. They immediately took my car in and started working on it. By far the best jiffy lube I've been to and I've been to several locations across the CSRA!!!!”
“I originally went to Jiffy Lube because I had already purchased my own daytime running light bulbs and wanted to see if they could install them. They looked at my car and said it might be a wiring issue or the bulb itself, but they didn’t offer to install the new bulbs and recommended I take it to a mechanic.
I then drove across the street to Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, and I’m so glad I did! Terry took the time to inspect the issue, explained exactly what was going on, and even installed the new bulbs for me. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely wanted to help instead of just sending me somewhere else.

“I just want to recognize the excellent service provided by the guys at Jiffy Lube in Grovetown, particularly James. I installed new rotors and brake pads on my car during the weekend but for some reason the brakes were grinding and making noises. James quickly identified the issue, made a diagnosis and repaired the problem. Apparently I needed new hardware to hold the brake pads. It took him less than an hour to complete the service. He also bled, flushed, and replaced the brake fluid. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable during the whole process. It is pretty impressive to see a technician working on cars with a clean uniform, that means he knows what he is doing. Thanks again for the great service.”
