“The Customer service was very polite when the oil that was offered I Did not want because Pennzoil is known to be bad on car engines the manager called the auto parts store and got the oil that I usually put in my car and he did it all with a smile never getting flustered or upset cause of me just knows what I like and what I put in my car. So I say all that to say this at the end of the day I was satisfied with my experience at the jiffy Lube on Washington Rd., Augusta, GA I will refer people to this establishment and I definitely will be to do business which war at this establishment thank you Jiffy Lube and I didn’t get the managers name but thank you as well sir GOD BLESS”

“I would give them 50 stars if I could!! A new battery was installed in my 2017 Ford escape because it wouldn't start. It worked for about two days, ely dead again. I had it towed to Regency Tire and Auto. I thought for sure it was the alternator or the starter. They could have easily told me it needed a new alternator or starter or even worse. But they called me and told me the truth. Just a CD stuck in the player keeping it open draining the battery. Also, my friend who replaced the battery for me removed the windshield wipers to get the old battery out (I don't why). They were not reinstalled correctly and some other stuff was wrong with them. I had forgotten about them since I hadn't driven for a few days. They noticed and called me. My windshield wipers are fixed and as good as new! I am so thankful to have an automobile repair shop that I feelI can trust and rely on.”

“First time ever to a Jiffy Lube, and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the operation. These folks know what their doing. You don't even get out of your vehicle. I received a military discount. It's a bit more pricey than I expected, but I did get the synthetic blend. I also didn't have cleanup and disposal to contend with.”

I unable to determine if my car drives better day after fuel change because it would not start I tried yesterday and today I think my battery got week i just put a new one in last Friday. I had oil change and air filter changed Tuesday. Had to go back Wednesday to get fuel filter had to order was not in stockBut I used my lunch break just up the road. It done took over an hour cause its in a tight very tight place. I hope I can get someone to check my car and not cost to much to have it fixed. “My wife and I purchased a 2024 BMW X5 and our salesman was Mr Paton Clark. Paton was great. Although in his early 20s, Paton was very knowledgeable in the BMW brand. He was pleasant to work with and did not pressure us into adding options outside of what we had already chosen. The process was a little over a month from start to finish and Paton was always available to answer all my questions. He even answered my calls on his day off and I could hear his sweet little girl in the background.? I wanted a ribbon on the vehicle when we picked it for my wife and Paton made it happen! Paton is a great access to Taylor BMW.”

“First oil change at Take5 normally use Valvoline. The service itself at Take5 was good however for the same service even after $20 coupon Take5 was more expensive. The technician and sign said that the price was $79.99 and we also had a $20coupon but nobody mentioned the almost Take5 $18 of shop fees Probably will not use Take5 again due to comparative cost.”

He worked ALL the way up to closing. When there was no solution he allowed me to leave my truck there for safety until it was able to be towed. She offered a few recommendations & even settled my distrust due to other shops by showing me exactly where I had no anti-freeze before asking me to pay for more than what I asked when just coming into the shop for an oil change AND informed me of a benefit as a jiffy customer, the top off oil before 3k miles which I never knew before. Very beneficial as she burns oil faster than usual.”
