“My name is LeDonna Ware. I recently came to the Lovejoy Cricket office to purchase a phone. My old phone had become infected with viruses that kept popping ads up creating havoc in my life. Ms. Miracle Ryons, sales representative, was so patient , knowledgeable, and above and beyond in helping me with this issue. I purchased the Razor phone in which I had been considering for about a year. She was so professional and any problem I had, her approach was we can resolve it. She is amazing! I am so happy to have met someone who really cares. Thank you Miracle. You are truly a miracle.❤️???Best customer service ever!”

“Taylor was awesome. Very knowledgeable and offered exceptional customer service. She was attentive to my cellular needs, not pushy as if trying to just make a sale, she was patient and gave me good details on each phone I asked about. She was so great at multitasking and I observed her make every customer happy while my new phone was waiting on transferring. Taylor by far offered one of the best customer service I have encountered at AT&T and definitely will commute to the store if I need further assistance to see if Taylor is working to assist me.”
