“Where do I begin 1st I ended up having to get replacement phone and needed some help sending my info to the new phone. Ok I go to Mt zion location she's helpful but let's me know new policy is the customer has to port there own phone but attempts to help but failed to transfer..I go home not working, called customer service absolutely horrible. Get back in the truck head over stockbridge location no help..by this time wasted whole day damn near about to cry...unbeknownst I go to mcdonough location tell the rep CHRISTIAN What happened. No wonder his name is Christian beyond helpful and was able to transfer my info over! Out of all locations this guy was the one..
