“After trying several dry cleaners closer to our house, I ventured a little further out to Courtesy Cleaners based on their reviews online. Other cleaners have damaged our clothes and reimbursed us over $600 so I’m optimistic about Courtesy and so far they have done a good job. Good customer service as well.”
“First of all, the customer service was amazing! They remembered my name when I returned for my pickup, and it immediately gave me a sense of community. The service itself was so fast, and I was so impressed by how white the shirt they cleaned for me came out. I made a mess of it at the last wedding we attended, and you would never know looking at it now. My suit and shirt are also so perfectly pressed and I don’t have to do any ironing before the wedding I needed this stuff for. 20/10 HIGHLY recommend!!”

“I can't express my appreciation for this location in words, on December 31st. I walked into this location with a simple question as they were about to close. I never intended to go there as I was going to the barbershop next door. I stated that I was going to a new year's party and noticed I had got a stain on my tux while unpacking, just inquiring if they offered same day service, because at their point it was going to be a defeat for me as it was getting late and I decided I wasnt going to find anyone at this hour. I offered to show the young lady the jacket and see if she had any recommendations on what could be done to get the stained out at home ( mind you my coat was Red) very noticeable, while talking with her, the owner's walked up and offered to actually clean my jacket right on the spot.I had no words, I have never been to this location before but I will be coming back if this is how they treat a complete stranger.I can imagine how they treat their normal customers.Thank you so much for saving my new year's eve party. You just found yourself a loyal new customer.”

“I've been using the dry cleaners here forever. Seriously, since the 90's. When I was an apartment dweller I used the coin laundry too. The place is clean, everything works, and the team is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes parking is tight as the lot also has the gas station / convenience store. It's worth the drive from Decatur.”

I have been having my clothes serviced here for almost 6 months now and I am still so very pleased. Ty has folded my clothes and I love his work as well. He always puts a dryer sheet in the bag and it's so nice to open the bag to that freshness each time. I love the staff here 10/10 and although Mya does my clothes most of the time, I'm still ALWAYS pleased when TY does them as well.”

And btw when i arrived the lady running the place asked me if i was going to make a mess .....like seriously lady ???!! Why would u say that to a customer ??? She was speaking in coded language and im not dumb . i read well in between the lines . Owner , PLEASE tell your employees not to screen people. “I came for shoe repair services and was greeted by the friendly and attentive attendant, Ramone. Although the cobbler that worked here retired, Ramone gave me referrals for another black owned shoe repair businesses in the metro area where i could get my favorite heels repaired. Honorable and relevant mentions Mac-N-Jac is a black owned business too!!! ??

“Not sure if I've gave a review yet, but I come all the way from Jonesboro just to do my laundry here. I have attempted to go to a few closer to home, and each time was a "I should've just went to Coin Laundry" moment. Very clean, no bad odors, no roaches, and all machines work!!”

“I’ve been a customer of Highland Cleaners for quite some time now. I’ve had a large number of clothes cleaned by them and recently started having my clothes altered as well. The cleaning is always perfection — but the alterations…WOW! ? I believe the owners are a husband-and-wife team, and whoever handles the alterations does a phenomenal job. My clothes always fit flawlessly. I’ve had every type of material—denim, leather, suede, you name it altered here, and they never fail to impress me. Honestly, I wish I could have my entire closet tailored by them. Name a better duo than Mr. and Mrs. Highland Cleaners?! I’ll wait! ? They’re absolutely amazing. 10/10/10. I love their work!”

This was something I had not seen before in the mornings the temperature was great and the vibe was right most of all they were extremely pleasant and helpful! “I used to come and wash over night but things got bad and the overnight staff was terrible so I stopped coming. About three weeks ago, I had no choice but to come back, I came about 2am and I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was very clean including the restroom. There was no homeless people hanging around and begging. The environment was calm, quiet, and peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful, she helped me learn how use the new machines. What's so funny is that when I returned a week later, around the same time, I received the same great service and the facility was super clean. I felt very comfortable. I will be back and I will recommend this place, especially for overnight laundry doers.???”
