“This was THE most amazing experience I have ever had in receiving customer support in navigating my own personal storage unit journey! Lucy and her co worker not only insisted on helping me even though I had unknowingly came in at their store closing time, but they tailored and personalized my experience by focusing on ,y specific goals and objectives. Lucy even volunteered her support in walking me through how to unlock my unit with a locking system I was not familiar with. This all happened essentially AFTER their store closing hours keep in mind. And they were positive, upbeat and even funny at times.I enjoyed my experience so much I have considered working there.”

“I was selling my home and needed to store furniture really quickly until the new house was ready. KC was able to quickly provide a unit as soon as requested. I explained to her that I was not able to accompany my hired movers to the unit for drop-off. KC stepped in and help to supervise the movers on how I wanted items stored. When they were done she sent me photos of all my items neatly stored and secured. She also scheduled the key exchange and helped to make this process as easy as possible for me.
I owe her so much gratitude for how she helped me to navigate such a tense situation for me.”

I can’t remember the names of the people that was working there, but it was an older lady with gray hair. It was a Young man in his mid 30s and a young lady that was getting ready to get married that was always there when I stopped through.”
