“Stopped in looking for a particular type of snack I haven't had in quite a while. The cashier took the time to help me look and she gave it her best! She apologized they did not have it, but I was grateful she made the effort to help me look! That doesn't always happen, but this small town store has wonderful employees. I did not get her name, but it was on Monday 10/20/25 at approximately 1:00. Thank you for hiring people who care about customer service!”
“I've never had an issue here. As long as you follow their reasonable rules and are going in just for the thrill of the hunt, then it's great. I normally don't go around the holidays simply because it does get a lot of people in to search for a handful of specific premium items. I would say maybe don't go with your kids if it is a Friday or Saturday morning, because it is chaos with people rushing to get the deals. Overall though, I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are friendly and it is an enjoyable part of my weekends.”
“Visited for the first time today and this NOW my fave location! From the service to the selection, everything was great! Store was clean and didn't smell old. Items were stacked so you actually know where things were. Cashier and manager were very helpful and nice, with smiles and all. Cane for one thing, but left out with like 30 items..Lol. Will definitely be back!!!”

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of his store. What a wonderful young man! He deserves his own store soon.”

“Store Manager Lady Kantina is a awesome asset to Dollar General. From my dealings with her and staff/manager I feel like I'm shopping amongst friends. I sometimes get to loud I feel so comfortable. I reign it in. I enjoy each and Everytime I visit. I can remember a time when store felt like customers/employees were sour... Having personalities of a door knob. Now we are greeetted with happy smiling employees.... Changing moods literally.... Great job!”

“Generally nice and attentive people.Store is clean, orderly, stocked. You can find things.Not a huge store, but has everything you might need in a pinch.I go here rather than the other stores BECAUSE it is smaller, the people are nicer, it is better stocked-- Ohhh--The Bathroom is one you aren't afraid to let your small child use or touch-- one you don't have to spend 20 mins slathering down in handiwipes BEFORE you tinkle! ? (You know what I mean)Yeah, this does make a difference too! Lol!”
