“Awesome merchandise. Bought several Christmas gifts there. Lot of clothes, Boots etc for myself and friends. Especially cosmetics. I use Estée Lauder creams & makeup all the time. The sales person in Cosmetics Karen is extremely nice, professional and goes far beyond to help and make sure you are satisfied. I’ve never had a problem with anything in the store. You will be happy you chose the store to purchase your needs & wants. Excellent selections.”

“Loving this store's remodel. I had to run in and out for a football-related TV antenna "emergency," and I'm thankful that the staff member in electronics was on hand to help me out.Disappointed by the huge amount of self checkouts, though. Bring back the human cashiers, please!”
“Really fine customer service, people, in the Hartwell store. Consistently helpful, cheerful, and attentive to customer needs, with a smile and advice if needed. We have been shopping Tractor Supply on the West Coast (Paso Robles), as well as Hartwell GA and we make this our go to place for Pet supplies, and much more. On a contrary note, do NOT waste your time with the Lobster Dog food truck - its a rip. (and not owned by TSCO). $61 for 3 items, wayyyyyy too expensive for seafood wrapped in hot-dog buns.”
