“Update: my speed was fixed, it was due to my service being activated over the previous customer services, tech support was friendly and really helpful.

New customer and new ga residence, I had went into the office to set up internet service overall did not have a great interaction with the rep they told me it would take a week for my service to be turned on even though equipment was already at the house and active with the previous residents account they told me someone needs to come out to active my modem, im a very techy guy I know that all they had to do was switch accounts and reset the modem but every time I tried to ask why it would take so long I was shut down and told I need an appointment to get service they rep was very dismissive. They service date came and no one showed up, no one called, nothing my son just happen to check his tablet and said its asking for wifi connection that's how I knew they had switched the accounts like I said that's all they had to do.... but since then I have gotten nowhere near the connection speeds im paying for I have the 500mbps plan and so for the fastest speeds I've received are 122mbps normally my speeds are around 60mbps-90mbps. This has not been a good experience.”
