“This Verizon Store has been a life saver for me. Reshma goes above and beyond to help her customers. I originally went to a Verizon store in Grand Central and the rep there completely screwed up my account. She signed me up for a bunch of addons on all my phone lines (Hulu and mobile hotspots) where each addon cost me $10 a month. I was about to cancel my Verizon service, but luckily I went to this Verizon store and Reshma helped solve all my problems. She worked with a Verizon rep on the phone for over an hour!! It really shows that she cares.”

He did so with such ease, a smile, an explanation of the terms and conditions, all while keeping a smile on his face.I needed to change my internet connection for faster speed and headed over to the newly minted office located on 108th Street and Lexington Ave. There I met Danny, who was kind upon greeting and eager to assist me with my request. As soon as we got started he asked me questions pertaining to my use of service. Due to my answers, he suggested that I upgraded and mentioned a promotion that the company was offering. “After dealing with an ISP who has a huge monopoly on the Brooklyn market for almost a decade and finally getting fed up with the lack of quality and customer support, I decided to switch to Honest.At first I was apprehensive, as we usually don’t get many options for who our providers are. I called to confirm it was actually happening in a matter of hours, and I immediately got a real person on the phone who was super helpful and confirmed.Andy B. Was my installer and he was so nice, extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about their service.I’m a software engineer and I work from home making a lot of video content, and I also play a lot of video games on the PC so speed and connectivity is really important to me. After he installed, we did a speed test and he determined there was something bad with (I think) the cat 5 port pins and fully replaced it. Next speed test we ran was 300mbps up / down on my WiFi and NEARLY 1 GIG on wired. I was blown away. I was also able to use my own modem and router and didn’t need to rent anything.I can’t believe how seamless it was, but the attention to detail and genuine care for the product and customer have absolutely made me a HUGE advocate for anyone considering the switch. Honest is…. honest!”
