“I had a metal grinding noise coming from the front end of my Durango that started over the weekend. I came in monday morning and explained what was going on and that my family was driving this vehicle to PCS to California on Thursday. Renee reassured me not to worry. I will hear back from her in about a hour. She called one of the techs in and had my vehicle up on the lift in 10 minutes. Sure enough She called me in that hour with a absolutely affordable quote for a pully going bad that they would have it replaced in a couple hours. 2 hours later I get a call to pick the vehicle up and the noise was gone. “I've been going to Walmart for oil changes tires and batteries for over 20 years and I've never had a problem they stand behind most of their products especially when it comes to tires I have bought a brand new set and unfortunately one of the sidewalls let go I brought it back and they gave me a brand new tire considering it wasn't even a week old other than that I've had no problems and I still have the same ties today and they are still just like new”
