“I had a metal grinding noise coming from the front end of my Durango that started over the weekend. I came in monday morning and explained what was going on and that my family was driving this vehicle to PCS to California on Thursday. Renee reassured me not to worry. I will hear back from her in about a hour. She called one of the techs in and had my vehicle up on the lift in 10 minutes. Sure enough She called me in that hour with a absolutely affordable quote for a pully going bad that they would have it replaced in a couple hours. 2 hours later I get a call to pick the vehicle up and the noise was gone. “Pricing is good. The staff is transparent. They are easy to schedule with. I had them take care of my car (a VW) for a few years while my family lived in GA. When it comes to diagnostics though, they find a lot but they missed a few important things that another auto shop was able to find right away after I moved states. I had a check engine light on for awhile with a few different codes. Turns out my vacuum pump was leaking and hoses compromised. Once those were fixed by a different shop, I had no check engine light on for the first time in years. SE auto also didn't fully diagnose a squeeling sound. The other shop found it, I needed new pads and rotors, once those were fixed, the squeeling sound went away. SE Auto has done a lot of work on my car and what they did was done well and reasonably priced and I am thankful for that. It's just when it comes to diagnostics, a few things were missed. SE auto is transparent on what needs done and what doesn't need done. They are honest and trustworthy. What is also good about SE Auto is that they are open to looking at cars of various ages. Some shops won't look at cars over 10 years old. In comparison to some other shops, SE Auto is better at giving updates and calling you back.”

From an alignment to purchasing tires, then a truck lift and the exhaust getting done. Years later back to change out my serpentine belt and the price is still cheaper then most around. Thank again”
