I left my car with them and they gave me a completion date. They kept in contact with me via text daily to let me know the progression of my car. I got a call 2 days earlier than the completion date telling me my car was finished. I went to pick it up and it was just like the day I bought it from the dealership. The car was finished with perfection. The damage was repaired and the quality of the paint finish looked like a factory finish. “Stopped in for a quick purchase of a specific part. They searched for it, found it online, went to grab it and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Edit: Newer review below I went to Advanced Auto Parts. I needed a transmission gasket and filter. The guy behind the counter did not check which pan, just picked the first one and assured me it would fit. Get home, get to the point where I am ready to swap it in and it doesn’t fit. It was already later so we had to go somewhere that was open, and old reliable O’Reilly was open. We run in, the clerk was very quick and understanding, found the exact part and we were out the door in 5 minutes. Fantastic experience!”

Not a fan of his manager that day, she kept hovering and micromanaging like she didn’t have anything better to do. “I called this morning to ask about a transmission for an 04 avalanche and the person on the call was really nice and let me know everything i needed to know about it, and the price, and when I came over to pick it up, everyone was really nice and professional, i was in and out and the employee who managed the interaction was checking up and making sure i got what i came for, really nice and friendly and the perosn who went and got the transmission off the lot, was careful and helped load it into my car, all and all it was an amazing interaction and i would in a heartbeat turn to them the next time i was in need of a part for my vehicles! It was an amazing experience!”

“Nobody wants to use a wrecker service, but if you have to, these guys were amazing. Travis showed up quickly (within 30 minutes of call) on a Friday night and was the most patient, gracious, explanatory guy. He walked me through what was happening, where the vehicle was going, how to get hold of them, all that. They're a family business, and they treat you like it. Their lot hours are 9-4, M-F, so sometimes it can be hard to get to the lot unless you're willing to take off work, but they do good work and are fine people. Recommended.”
