I went to Advanced Auto Parts. I needed a transmission gasket and filter. The guy behind the counter did not check which pan, just picked the first one and assured me it would fit. Get home, get to the point where I am ready to swap it in and it doesn’t fit. It was already later so we had to go somewhere that was open, and old reliable O’Reilly was open. We run in, the clerk was very quick and understanding, found the exact part and we were out the door in 5 minutes. Fantastic experience!”
“AJ is the bread and butter of this location! Absolutely stellar work, patience and kindness! He taught me how to install spark plugs and saved me over $3k. Not a fan of his manager that day, she kept hovering and micromanaging like she didn’t have anything better to do.
