“Is 5-stars all I can pick? I need more. I had battery trouble this morning, but luckily it cranked and I was able to get to O’Reilly’s. I almost stopped at PepBoys, because it was closer, but something told me to go to this store. Andre helped me at the counter, as well as Kelsey, but the Knight in shining armor award goes to Chad. Not only did he try to help me as if it were his own car, he was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and if I ever need anything else, I’m going to this store and asking them to call Chad. “Let me save you a trip if your looking for batteries. Don't bother with auto zone because if it's raining they ain't training or doing the install. Came down to O'Reilys got two 34 size batteries on a company box truck and even in the rain they got out there performed the install and got me back on the road so to that I say thank you Rebecca and Tonya for a job well done”

“Had some battery and check engine light issues, the manager was awesome in checking into the warranty of my battery. Another Young man ( I believe Will?) performed the battery check, change , and scanned check engine light in the SNOW! All great guys in there, came in late Friday and another younger gentleman helped me as well, which led me to come today. Thanks yall hard to get good device now a days.”
