“I needed a new battery for my key fob. Told a young man working what I needed he took my key replace the battery within a 5 minute period. I have went to advance Auto on Windy Hill and Austell road had a completely different experience. The guy was like you got to open your key fob to see what type of battery is. Then I'm trying to open and I'm like I don't know how to open it then he was trying to tell me you stick the key in but it felt like it was going to break. He was no help at all so I told him forget it I'm going to go to battery Plus like my mom told me to. Had a very good experience at battery Plus.”

“Bought a battery 23 months ago for my Lexus SC400, a special order Delco, of which the failed one was 7 years old. Strangely this new one, it failed after 23 months. Took it in, and it was instantly handled, a new one ordered and received within 48 hours. My Zoom Zoom fired right up and is alive again! Thanks to the great crew there.”

I almost stopped at PepBoys, because it was closer, but something told me to go to this store. Andre helped me at the counter, as well as Kelsey, but the Knight in shining armor award goes to Chad. Not only did he try to help me as if it were his own car, he was extremely knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and if I ever need anything else, I’m going to this store and asking them to call Chad. “The last battery I bought here (Duracell Ultra Gold) finally showed signs of dying this morning after a faithful 7.5 years. I jumpstarted my car and immediately made an appointment to get a new battery installed. This location quickly accommodated me even as I showed up 20 minutes early for the appointment I made last minute. Everyone was kind and professional, especially Nicholas who did a great job efficiently installing my new battery. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly!”

“I came in needing to purchase a new blinker bulb and to hopefully get some assistance with changing it out. Michael was AWESOME! I had been to another store 3 days before in search of the same help and was not able to find it at AutoZone. Upon purchasing the bulb, I asked Michael if he could help me change the bulb and he did just that. In a matter of less than 2 mins, he had taken care of what I had been trying to get fixed for the prior 4 days. Michael was awesome and I truly appreciated all of his help! I will be returning to this location for any of my future car care needs!”

“The team was very helpful and performed a diagnostic test on my Altima that was just in the shop. They gave me a printout. That was so helpful. My son tried some after market parts that didn't work out. But easily switched it back for now. This simple printout was so helpful and kept my on the road. “I visited 1685 South Cobb Drive in Marietta Georgia. And Rodney was absolutely amazing. He went over the top to help me find the location of the coolant temperature sensor that I bought for my Honda. “Let me save you a trip if your looking for batteries. Don't bother with auto zone because if it's raining they ain't training or doing the install. Came down to O'Reilys got two 34 size batteries on a company box truck and even in the rain they got out there performed the install and got me back on the road so to that I say thank you Rebecca and Tonya for a job well done”
