“I took my fur baby, Hercules to The Ark today for his yearly exam, vaccinations, skin allergy, toenail clipping and bath and was so impressed with the way they all handled him. He has always had major anxiety when going to the vet. Today he was calm and happy, all because the team made him feel relaxed by petting him and talking sweetly to him. They are all professionals and truly care about each pet. Dr. Lowe, Holly, Angela and the vet techs and front office ladies are the best and I'm very grateful for them!!”

“I met him the day he came to my home to help my friend's dad's old dog that I was caring for to ross over the rainbow bridge. He was kind and compassionate. Never made me feel rushed. He lived in Nikki with me and sat there till I was ready. I asked him how he was able to do this kinda thing all the time and his response was so real. He told me it's not easy but it's necessary. He is right & it takes a special person to do what he does. He is a special man, a fabulous vet & I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. “Kind staff. Friendly and knowledgeable Vets. Highly recommend. Although, I tried to fill a Rx they gave me with the company Chewy and Chewy rep told me they couldn't confirm the Rx with the Vet. I was told that I would have had to physically mail in the Rx to Chewy in order to get it filled. Seemed like a lengthy process considering it's 2024 and technology has advanced. But i'd still go back to Ark anytime my dog has an issue.”

“I have 3 yorkies.. Dr. Carpenter and staff have always showed so much kindness and care with all my furbabies. Bella my oldest had some odd behavior. Dr. Carpenter called me and told me what to do and then he called back to check on her. He is always so kind. I have also seen other Dr. and they have always showed kindness and love to my furbabies. Two of my girls were spayed here and the staff was wonderful Dr. Carpenter called me after the procedure and told me each how they were doing. I highly recommend this clinic for your furbabies care if you love and adore them as much as my family does.
