I want to give a HUGE shout out to Troy, Omarion, Ashlan and Aijae. They went SO FAR above and beyond and I genuinely don't know what I would have done without them. Not only did they save my job but they turn was has been a horrible month around. I can not thank them enough!

Xfinity needs to do a much better job on training their employees. A lot of information is inconsistent and up in the air.
