I’ve been to other Verizon stores in the Atlanta/midtown area and I’d much rather drive out to Hiram to come back here because the customer service is just that good.”
“I went there after dealing with AT&T since 2012 paying Way too much for in adequate Internet and way too much for phone service. The first person that I got there, Ashlan, to handle all of my stuff screwed everything up and I was ready to leave and never go back. I was at the store two days in a row for four hours each day with Ashlan and by the third day I was royally ticked off. I spoke to a manager and she put me with Aijae. She was very professional. She fixed all of the problems that Ashlan before her had messed up. I was extremely pleased with her and so far I am extremely pleased with Xfinity. I spoke with her manager today and told her that she should get all of the commission that Ashlan was supposed to get. The manager, Avenita told me that she was going to give the commission to Aijae. She deserves every bit of the commission. Ashlan was too invested in drama, and stirring up drama that she could not focus on the customer that was sitting in front of her. At one point she was actually on the phone speaking with somebody about what was going on in the store for over an hour and not focusing on what she needed to do. Not sure why she is still there after seeing multiple bad reviews on her customer service. Thanks Aijae and I hope you get the commission as told to me by Avenita; sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Avenita was also very helpful in getting everything accomplished and put me with Aijae to make sure that it was done. Also like to say that Bodie the tech that came to my house was very professional and set everything up in a timely manner and helped me with everything that I needed.”
