“The associate Ken is amazing!! He helped turn a bad experience completely around the manager on duty was extremely dismissive and was very clearly annoyed when I asked her for help. I ended up purchasing the wrong items because she was so rude and refused to explain what product would be the correct ones and just said numbers to me. I’ am heading out of town for a funeral and I had already waited a hour for someone to help me. The other gentleman was also very polite and tried to help but he was slammed and had about 5 other people to help. But Ken went above and beyond he helped me find the correct product processed the exchange very quickly to get me on my way. He was so kind and professional. He really did turn it around and I really appreciate his effort.”
