“The ONLY reason I’m giving MHC South Atlanta (McDoungh) 5 stars is entirely thanks to the incredible customer service I received from Bree in service. My Peterbilt broke down over two hours away in Cordele, GA on Saturday. Bree was phenomenal, every time I called (and I called a lot), she greeted me by name, was attentive, and worked hard to find the best and cheapest solution to get me in and looked at. She’s the only reason I drove all the way to that specific MHC and passed all the other shops in route.
Unfortunately, once I finally arrived Monday morning, Bree had the day off. And my experience with John in service was no where near the same caliber I received over the phone with Bree. I felt like a bother. No compassion, no leniency, no sense of urgency and just lackluster service in my opinion. It felt like I was being pushed aside when asking for updates.
However, my faith was back restored later that evening by Collin, the night tech, who went above and beyond to get my truck fixed. He explained everything, was patient, and really took time to diagnose the issues. He gave me that same customer experience I initially received. Cliff, who I believe is a manager, also made sure I was taken care of once he got in and inspected the truck in the morning. He was helpful ensuring everything was back running smoothly.
On Tuesday morning, Bree was back, and once again, her top-tier customer service sealed the deal. While my overall experience was mixed, Bree and Colin are shining stars. I hope MHC can make their whole team reflect that level of care!”

Little things are often difficult to find, but wandering about is wonderful! They sell live chicks, and duckling in season. The selection of items goes far beyond tractors!
The plant section has gotten better over the years.”
