“Yesterday I ran out of gas in a rental on the interstate. I started walking to High Falls Market, which was ultimately much further than I thought (when hiking it anyway). Without even asking, the owner offered to drive me back to my car. And, insisted on jumping on the interstate to take me directly to my vehicle, even though I suggested he just drop me on the overpass so to not have to go to the next exit to turn around himself. I will make a point of filling my tank here whenever I pass the area. They gave me hope that there are still good people in our world. Thanks for helping this stranger in need.”
