“Me and my husband walked into the pharmacy frustrated because my prescription had been on back order for 10 days. The staff kindly explained that they have no influence over when a prescription comes in and they have no ETA of its arrival time. They even took the time to explore other options as ways to get my prescription refilled. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, especially Renee. She even took the time to check to see if we were up to date on our shots (we weren’t) and administered the needed shots. Renee went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.”

“If you’ll allow me a moment to wax poetic I’d like to explain why I gave this particular RaceTrac a 5 star rating , and would’ve given them “10” , if possible, for an experience that altered my outlook on the existence of human kindness. Bear with me..this will be a bit lengthy out of necessity, in order for you, dear reader, to have a clear understanding. Fade in… I’m rolling down 75S from the ATL and recognize that I need gas…so I randomly pull off of the interstate into this random RaceTrac set the handle, go inside to wash my hands and come back 4 minutes later fueled up. Get in, push-to-start: crickets! Long story short, after several attempts to get it going I knew that I was clearly stuck…at the pump…at a busy gas station…on a Saturday afternoon. Yeah, yikes! Anyway, went inside, explained the situation and that I had a tow truck on the way etc. The people behind the counters that day some of the most polite, understanding and laid-back people I’ve have ever met - and I am well travelled. Lol. Anyway that’s part one. I worked out hat was there nearly 3 hours before all was said and done and nobody busted my chops even a bit. Crazier still (to me) during the time I was waiting for the tow (hood up, posted up) I encountered 4 other people, different stripes and persuasions and ALL OF THEM were just as helpful and kind and concerned as total strangers could be! I was blown away! Honestly thought I’d walked into an episode of the Twilight Zone for a second ! However you view it, luck, blessings,karma, etc..on that particular Saturday this place was my oasis in the desert…thank you all!”

My only concern is the staffing. There are often only one or two employees working, which creates very long wait times and puts an incredible amount of pressure on the staff. It simply isn’t fair to them. They are clearly doing everything they can, but they need more support. Management, please consider increasing staffing during busy periods. Your employees deserve it, and your customers would greatly appreciate it.
