“Went in for excessive brake noise when applying brakes. They not only called to tell me what was going on they texted me pics of the issues. I asked for a dumbed down version since I don’t know technical details of brakes issues. They explained in very easy terms I could understand. This Gentleman helped me with 4 new tires for my truck just a week ago, I did not get his name but he is always super friendly and helpful when I call Roland tires! Just moved here from Central Florida a month ago and already feel I have my Truck and RV shop for life!”
“I came in because I had a screw in my tire I was also having a battery issue early that day that I thought I had solved but I in fact had not, the techs repaired my tire and when they were finished my car did not start back up with all of our heads put together we had figured out that it was the cable that was damaged and they rigged my cable up to help me get home which was 90 miles away. All free of charge might I add. I thank everyone that works there!”
“Josh & Steven will get you worked in as soon as time allows. Stopped by and asked Josh to listen to car as it was making odd sound when accelerating. He drove it and identified that it was the converter that has just been replaced weeks earlier and recommended returning to mechanic who did the work instead of attempting to get work for himself. That earned him customers from our family.”

“I had a rocky start with these guys, was hard to get in with the customer service team and the owner, but once I did they made sure everything was right. I believe they were getting false info from a company they use called “route”. The owner seemed a bit catty and would only project his side so you could never get to the actual problem. Once the customer service team stepped in everything was made right.Product received as ordered.”

I think you can trust these people with your basic maintenance needs. I uploaded a photo of their prices as well to help you make a more informed decision. I’m sure only helping this location out.
