Came back today because my husband was impressed years ago with their customer service and Jacob remembered us. He was patient, answered all of our questions and didn’t just try to sell us the most expensive thing in the showroom. I can’t wait to get our new patio dining set !”

Today I was at Target doing a return and shopping and when I left the store I had doubts about it so I went back to talk to the lady who helped me and I was really amazed in such a patient and polite way that he explained everything to me, super professional, friendly. I consider myself a respectful and kind person and on some occasions making a simple purchase without problems I have not received the same treatment but for the first time I had doubts regarding the purchase and how good it felt to be treated well, respectful, professional, humane. I feel that this lady knew how to handle the situation in the best possible way. I was very surprised since I feel that good customer service has been lost and this lady She knew how to do her job very well, I wish I knew her name because she really is a good worker.
