“These guys are outstanding! ..and they just did it again. Chris and Nick teamed up and save my worms after the driver managed to miss my house for two extra days. Nick helped me find them with the app. And Chris called me as soon as they came in. Without them, the worms would have been dead, I'm sure. They would never have lasted another day. But we had a 100% survival rate! Thank y'all..”

6010 Singleton Rd Ste 213, Norcross GA 30093
“I like this UPS store because the folks are friendly and helpful. There usually aren't too many people in the store waiting but that could be the time of day. It is easy to process Amazon returns - sometimes I can get in and out of there is less than a minute. Most of our shipping is to family members and it helps that they already have those names and addresses in the system and we just have to verify and can be on our way.”

It’s always a pleasure when the woman who I’ve seen working there just as long as I’ve been going there, because of her is why I remain a loyal customer. A big special Thank You to you . *****UPDATE ****** for some reason I cannot add another review for the same store.. I was there yesterday Monday 8/3 and I had the pleasure of meeting Faye , she was very helpful with assisting when I was having difficulty with a label for my package. She was understanding and offered several solutions rather than leaving me to figure it out. This store has a great staff and I want Faye to get her star as well. Keep up the good work everyone **** Always Nadine”

“If I could give Pak Mail 10 stars, I would! I passed by my regular UPS Store on my way home from the office and realized I had missed the cutoff time to ship a package for one of my customers. While still on a customer call, I stopped into Pak Mail, even though I had not had the best experience there in the past. To my surprise, I learned the business is under new ownership, and the difference was immediately noticeable. The new owners were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They assured me they would get my package to a driver that same day, which was a huge relief. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and they absolutely delivered. If you need to drop off a package and want confidence that it will be handled promptly and professionally, I highly recommend Pak Mail. Friendly, personable, and willing to go the extra mile—you can’t beat that kind of service!”

“The reason why I would recommend this UPS store over the estimated 5700 stores… Total Customer Experience The amount of time dedication and focus for 7 shipments, 4 different locations and the urgency around getting the packages on the truck was honestly extraordinary. I’ve been coming to this store for a few years, but this day was impactful for my wife and I. Repeat customer”
