“Worked with Henry Mentoe at store 2096 a little after 10 am this morning. I actually called his store because I was sitting outside the T-Mobile store in Alpharetta at 10:05 this morning and it never opened. I called the nearest T-Mobile and spoke with Henry on the phone about what I wanted to do- it was complicated and had to do with my mom‘s account, on which I’m an authorized user. Henry was reassuring and kind and helpful-all of the things that you hope for (and don’t always get ) when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend this store and working with Henry.”
