Not only that, the pricing was lower than expected along with the fact they guarantee the IMEI numbers on the devices so I didn't have to worry about it being reported lost/stolen or being on a nonpayment list from a carrier. Would recommend 10/10!”

“I will only give a 5 for the service they gave me, the person who attended me was very honest and helped me understand my bill better and left the expectations very clear, the person who attended me is from Venezuela with red hair. But it is very sad to hear how two of the workers expressed themselves about the people of my country (Venezuela), one of them is short and skinny and the other wears glasses. I have been coming to the store for several days and the manager who helped me at the beginning is a woman from Venezuela and was very kind and knowledgeable about AT&T as well as another manager who by his accent I could notice that he is also from Venezuela. It's sad to hear how they express themselves regardless of the fact that maybe there are people around them who understand English and Spanish very well and that we are from that country. That makes me think that maybe they don't appreciate their managers and that they shouldn't work in a store where a large part of their clients are from that country. This is my first time doing a review because I thought it was necessary to say it. And I hope both people can get to know the best side of our country.”
