“I just started using Public Storage on State Bridge Road in Johns Creek. Negatives:1. No clear map showing where your storage space. Had to drive around for about 15-20 mins before another customer showed us where our storage space is.2. While we got the passcode for the main gate, we did not get a passcode for the door that let us into the hallway where our storage space is. Please include that code when sending welcome package to new customers. I had to call one of your reps to get the passcode.Positive:1. Customer service person was very friendly and helpful. She was able to quickly get my door passcode to me.”
