Self Storage in Peachtree Corners, GA

“Angela is the B??E??S??T??!!! The best customer-focused employee I've EVER encountered (besides myself...lol)!!!! No employee has EVER gone over and beyond for me the way she did. I am truly grateful ??!!! I don't even have family that would have gone out of their way the way Angela did for me. Long story shortened (??‍♀️): I'm in California, but my storage payment is due in GA. The system won't let me pay on the app, online, or over the phone, and my unit is coming up for auction in 3 days. I call the location of my CubeSmart (Oh, yeah!!!! She actually works at a different location!!!) AND I called them and the call center over 15 times to make the full payment and NOONE helped!!!!? In desperation, my mom who doesn't drive, calls Angela's location and reached a true Angel?. Angel talked to my mom over 30 minutes, but they were unable to fix the online issue. Angel promised my mom she would help her, and she did!!! When Angela couldn't reach anyone at the location either, she told my mom not to worry. The next morning before she began work, Angela DROVE ? over to my CubeSmart, and still no one was there!!!! She ended up going back to her store without accomplishing anything, because they couldn't reach me on the phone ?(I'm in CA, there's a 3 hour time difference?). I called Angela when I got up, and she promised me she would still help me . On her lunch break, she went BACK to my CubeSmart, STILL no one was there, so she ended up taking my payment over the phone, and making my issue GO AWAY!!!!? Their system wouldn't allow her to take the payment for a different location. When she couldn't get anyone on the phone, she made the decision to go over and beyond. To do that for a customer is one thing, but for a person that's NOT even your customer speaks VOLUMES ????!!! Not only does it reflect your loyalty and commitment to CubeSmart's customers, but it is also a direct reflection of your personal character, your integrity, your diligence and more importantly, your heart❤️!!!! She did for me what I ALWAYS do for others, she simply treated me like she wants to be treated. If Angela ever sees this review one day, just know, U ARE AWESOME!!! Ur work ethic and care for people is superb?? and should be recognizedand celebrated !!! I hope u NEVER change!!! God bless you ??!!! U deserve an applause!!!!?????? “By far the best location ever! The process was smooth. I didn’t have to really look too much further . Very spacious, a lot of carts to load and unload, feels really good in storage area so you can definitely depend upon climate control units that they offer . Also the representative that helped me was amazing from start to finish, very detailed in helping you navigate through the entire process successfully. 10/10 highly recommended this location.”
