“The best UPS store in the area. We went there after trying to get something notarized and mailed at 2 different places in Duluth, where I live. Both places did not have a notary available like advertised online.
This UPS location was a breath of fresh air. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for my handicap father who needed the notary service. Great customer service and staff makes a huge difference. The store was clean and organized. Vee was very helpful, patient and she provided a desk that was wheelchair accessible so my dad could sign his documents easily.”
“The employees are friendly and the store is open until 10pm some nights. I had a complaint about a driver and they took it seriously. One of the supervisors even followed up with a call. The one thing I don't care for is you can't call them. I've asked the customer service people to call the store, but they claim they don't have the phone number. Why is FedEx so secretive about the phone number?”

“I have been working with SAIA at the service terminal near 30143, we are regular shippers of freight for the solar industry. Wow! What service Brooke has to offer! Also, dealt with Nina though I don’t know where she was located and she was just as amazing. SAIA saw the human aspect of an unusual situation I dealt with and adjusted rates accordingly. It isn’t often that you find that virtue anymore. I hired SAIA through TQL (3rd Party Logistics) and they have been absolutely horrible to deal with. I feel that some 3PL services ruin the the ideals behind the actual trucking companies themselves. Always remember that if you go with any 3PL that their values may not equal the values of the truck companies themselves. I had to drop TQL due to their lack of advocacy and service. Considering contracting direct with SAIA due to their amazing customer capabilities. Thanks SAIA team! You all really saved the day! My battle still lingers with TQL, but at least I know you all did absolutely everything you could to help!”
