“I was in the market for an excellent condition, southern/rust free and well maintained Lexus GX 470 or LX 570 and found a 2005 GX 470 at Avalon Auto in GA via another online auto selling website several weeks ago. As I live in central PA, I was a little ambivalent about buying a car online/not FTF (first timer…). However, I think doing so is much more comfortable when dealing with a seller/business that presents the vehicle being sold in the manner they do at Avalon.. I worked with Adam/part-owner and Frank/sales rep. at Avalon… they are both seriously knowledgable enthusiasts for these particular brand/model of vehicles. I found the entire buying process to be seamless, timely, cordial, accommodating, and forthright/professional. I received my GX 470 quickly via open-transport and found its condition to be as it was described… there were no surprises.
I enjoyed the entire purchase process and I am absolutely satisfied with my GX… I am a very happy customer. Without hesitation, I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from Avalon Auto… very highly recommended.”

I made the mistake of taking it to a repair shop trying to save some money and they completely mis diagnosed my car and told me I needed a new motor and charged me several thousand dollars and it would barely run when I picked it up. My friend recommended Alex Automotive and I took it there. Matthew was very helpful and courteous and reassured me they could get me back on the road. The Tech did the diagnostic and Matthew walked me through the process of the repair. They fixed the mess the other shop screwed up an fixed the real problem. I had to take it back because the engine light came back on and Alex got that fixed for me. Folks, take your Benz to Alex Automotive, they know their stuff. “About two years ago I bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado. Since then I've had minimal issues associated with regular maintenance and no major issues (engine, transmission). An all around solid truck that I use for work.
The staff was great and very professional. Excellent communication and price negotiation was fair. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle (probably another truck) I'll be going through Unlimited.
