“You can luck up and find decent items (open box/dented) sometimes. They do offer financing options, which can be a big help! My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer here and got a decent deal for it...barely any visible damages (none obvious to the eye) and we've had it for almsot 2 years now with no issues. We went back today to look at refrigerators, and I wasn't too pleased with the large, extremely obvious dents that were visible on the ones we liked.. They did offer to knock off a few hundred, but it was still a still a bit overpriced for my liking, looking at how bad it was knocked up.”

“I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00
3- year extended warranty, for repairs.
When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”

However, don't purchase an extended warranty - it's not worth it.One incident, I was back and forth with Best Buy and the TV company. I lost, and it wasn't honored. “We needed a couch. They had 3-4 to pick from that were Wayfair resells. We bought one and now it's in our living room. All done in 3 days. Reasonable price. The delivery company they used was fast and carried the heavy stuff for us.They don't have a lot of couch variety per say. It's an appliance store. The other stuff like couches and ottomans just happened to be there. But, if you do find something you like, the buying process was uneventful for us.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
