I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

That’s the only reason this is rated a 5z He was honest, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout my purchase, and his team showed the same level of professionalism. Even with the A/C being out, they kept a welcoming, upbeat energy that made the experience smooth despite the Georgia heat.
You can tell the lack of air conditioning is really taxing on the staff, yet they still delivered excellent customer service. I was told to be prepared before I entered, but, that level of dedication deserves recognition. I truly hope corporate sees how hard these gentlemen work and gets them the A/C they need and deserve.
