“This is a great place to get plants. They're a lot more affordable than Lowes and Home Depot and have just as much variety here, if not more. And they give you great advice on what plants to choose and are very knowledgeable about each and every plant. They even will help consult with plant placement.”
“Mrs Pat in the paint department is so helpful and super nice. She help me picked out the perfect paint and gloss. Thank you Mrs Pat. Bianca at Home Depot is amazing. This is my second week going there and she helped my husband and I with lawn equipments. She took her time explained everything to us an showed us items that were on sale. We end up buying a new lawn mower and all the extra lawn equipments. She was very patient with us and very knowledgeable and attentive. I really appreciate her. “I returned my Eco 20 inch power chain saw in 2024. I am sure it works good, but as an older shopper, it was too much for me to get it to start each time I tried to use it.
Unfortunately I MISSED THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR POWER TOOLS, AND HAD TO WORK WITH ECHO repair department and if more problems, turn to my Allstate &75.00
3- year extended warranty, for repairs.
When I returned it TJ, Richard and Dominick helped explain how the chain saw should be started step by step and when returning it, to make certain bring it to Home Depot 's Tool shops, and have the gas removed before trying to return it to the Customer Service Counter in the store after the 30 day return policy lapses.
I will make sure to read, and ask carefully the RULES for return of ALL products to Home Depot in the future. Keeping my receipts has been a blessing for me. It shows how I document EVERYTHING I PURCHASE AND BUY FROM HOME DEPOT, to make sure I can get everything that is with in my right, if I ever have a problem!”
“I shop at The Home Depot on Mt. Zion Road in Morrow, Georgia. Recently, I purchased a dryer there and worked with an outstanding Appliance Specialist, Mr. Rupesh Soni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and resourceful. “This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
“I needed help with bathroom vanities and Veronda was very helpful. She was supposedly to be on break, but she took time to walk me to where I needed to go and she continued to assist me by informing me of what i needed to do purchase and have my contractor pick up the item later. “My last visit here was so positive, and I think that's been the case with my most recent visits. Everyone seemed eager to help me, and Ms. Kelly was outstanding! She waiting on the phone with another store for 5 - 7 minutes just to verify whether they had a specific grass seed I was looking for before I wasted a trip to the other store. I didn't even ask her to call, she volunteered on her own. Other associates checked on my husband and I throughout this store visit, and helped us fine products. During our renovations I spend a fair amount of time in Home Depot stores, and I've been to the Jonesboro store several times. I think this store is really improving with its level of customer service.”
