“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”

“This location typically always has what I’m looking for in stock. I love the app allows me to find the item before walking in the store and I literally walk straight to it every time. There are enough associates to stop and ask and everyone seems friendly. I believe mornings are better for getting service than late evenings for sure. I haven’t rented anything yet, but so far so good at this location. Nice affordable plants and plant materials also. Walmart and other popular shopping nearby.”

“the new supervisor in tool rental is definitely a breathe of fresh air, don't get me wrong the other associates in tool rental are awesome but she adds a feminine touch, she's so friendly and always smiling, great customer service, great attitude,...thanks Shiana for helping my wife and I with the carpet rental, a pipe had busted the whole den was flooded so we were a little frustrated when we came to the store, even more frustrated with the bank, but she was so nice, actually made our day a little better given the situation, she made us laugh keep us in good spirits, through the whole transaction, and everything worked perfectly, my wife spoke highly of her, just wanted to point out the great service Shiana provide to us, we will be back to this store just because of her.”

“We went to the every first Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. even and it was amazing we made microscopes! They really got to hammer and nail and paint I loved it I live for that for my kids! We will be back every Saturday and this was a great location too the ladies at the front desk were pretty chill not a lot of answers for a lot of questions but they were young so I guess I expected but it's crazy cuz I'm young too so I don't know maybe an old story but we had fun that's the point!”

“I was in the Fayetteville Pavilion running errands. I came in to take a look at blinds and I got way more than I expected. I saw a sign for blinds measurement and installment for up to 10 for $150 and I couldnt pass it up. I was quickly taken care of, getting everything explained to me. Natasha was professional and knowledgeable and got me set up right away with scheduling my measurement appointment. Although this location is not the closest to my home, the service made me go ahead and start the process hear.”

“I have never in my life visited a Home Depot . If you can imagine upon entering the store I was very overwhelmed ! I went searching for a box that I could store very small thing in and some other miscellaneous items. I was walking around for approximately 5 minutes and asked two young gentlemen if they could help me . There names are Jacori and Tyroniq . Both young guys went above and beyond to provide me the best help they could . While I did not find the item , I found a store with great service and help that I will return to.”
