“I went to Home Depot to see if did Lawn Mower Tune-Ups. Also to get a wooden Mailbox Post. They stopped doing Tune Ups 1 year ago. But the gave me info on Tune Up shops in the area. The wooden mailbox post. They had 18 in the system, but they couldn't locate them anywhere in the store. They referred me to another Home Depot. The employees Customer Service was very Respectful and Helpful. 😊”

“Maria in Customer Service was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, personable and had a smile on her face the entire time. She was incredibly helpful and assisted me with a positive attitude, which really stood out to me. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who provides such great customer service, and Maria truly deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. She is a great asset to the team and deserves a raise! Thank you, Maria, for making my experience such a pleasant one.”

“This post is a couple of weeks overdue. I went to Home Depot on Mt Zion to pick up a 100 ft extension cord that I had found on the app. The app said there was 58 at the store but when I got there the shelf was empty. An employee by the name of Malcolm was extremely helpful in listening to my dilemma and solved the problem by finding the cords. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back to Home Depot.”
