“Came in with my dog who was choking and they took her to the back right away. I was so scared that I ran out of the house without a jacket on and it was 20 degrees outside. The front desk employee (I forgot her name but she was so kind) offered me her jacket and also gave me a blanket. She was so comforting and sweet. It is a bit pricey there but I would have paid it all over again if I had to for my baby. I’m so grateful for emergency pet hospital and I still have my baby till this day because of the wonderful staff members! Thank you guys ??????”

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They didn’t rush us at all—everything was explained clearly, and they took their time to make sure both my pup and I felt comfortable.
They carefully cleaned her paw, gave her the shots she needed, and treated her so gently the entire time. What really stood out to me was how attentive they were to her comfort—they talked to her, reassured her, and moved at her pace. On top of the amazing care, the cost was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been.

“I’ve been taking my fur babies here for a long time and service has always been great, but over the holidays I’ve had to take 2 separate pups for emergency visits for a total of 3 separate visits, all for different types of emergencies. All visits were extremely traumatic for myself and my pups. They handled each visit with so much compassion. Explaining everything in detail and being very patient with my questions and me grasping the situations. I was offered options for treatment and never felt pressured to choose a certain option. Thankfully 1 pup has fully recovered and the other is on the mend. Love everything about this place.”

“My dog had a swollen ear, I am new to state so, my dog was also due on her shots. Just a few days ago, I called and they answered while on their lunch break. As soon as I mentioned the ear problem they asked me to come in. My first wow impression was the fact that they didnt ask me for the breed, so I knew then that my pittie girl was going to be alright. The greeting, the meeting the doctor, the explanation of care to be given and the estimated cost before hand.... what a grand experience! Then for the pick up, so thoroughly, so calming and explanation of what was done, after care and they even completed the overdue yearly checkup with testings and vaccines on that one visit. Prices are very very reasonable. Amazing experience overall!! Our new Vet, thank you for you exceptional service!”

“Went here for the first time today, and Dr Jennings, Hakeen, and Zac were wonderful! They took great care of my little senior sass monster, Oscar. Dr. Jennings explained his medications really clearly, and Hakeen was a great listener. Zac was super helpful up front. Will be back!”

“I was recommended Pet Paradise by an ATL native and pet-parent when I first moved here. My cat has stayed at Pet Paradise multiple times and comes home without any significant changes to her behavior or her body. The staff enjoys her and she seems to enjoy them as well. Just FYI she's a really chill cat, so I imagine she is much easier to handle than an energetic cat. I still recommend Pet Paradise just to see how it goes. You can bring your pet's toys, treats, and food if you like. If they need any accommodations just let the staff know. The camp creek location is right by the airport, so it is very convenient for travelers. I usually book for boarding online and I haven't had issues. When I tried to book a cat grooming service, I was told that they don't groom cats at this location. It's safe to ask again though; maybe things have changed.”
