She went out of her way to grab some paper for me to lay down in my car so the mulch wouldn’t make a mess. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. We purchased an LG over the range microwave oven and were helped out by Amy, who was excellent! She gave us assurance the product would fit in our current space, explained how the delivery, setup, and haul away service worked (with guarantees of satisfaction), and was able to get us rung up and out the door in less than 15 minutes from the time we stepped in. I really appreciate that! Just a note: but would you mind turning down the sound volume on the tvs in the appliance area because it might be making your employees and customers a little irritated, if not deaf.
When the delivery day came, I received a text and an email from Best Buy, both letting me know the item would be there within an hour with a link to a live tracking map. The technician, Juan, and his co-worker were very professional, and they removed the old unit and set up the new one in 16 minutes. Again, super service!!

“They could have been dishonest and made up any number of expensive reasons why my vacuum wasn’t working, but they had my vacuum fixed within a few minutes after getting rid of a simple hose clog and didn’t even charge me. Competent, friendly, honest people. I would recommend them and will definitely remember them for the future!”
