“I had a great experience in the garden section today thanks to the older lady working there. I was buying mulch, and she was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. She went out of her way to grab some paper for me to lay down in my car so the mulch wouldn’t make a mess. It was such a small but thoughtful gesture that made a big difference. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Really appreciate her help and kindness! ?”

“Quick shout out to Derek Karlin and his amazing team running the Kennesaw Best Buy Outlet Center. Their service and pricing is so fantastic I have instructed wife, friends and family to go there first before any other electronics store.
I had a complex price match issue from months ago on pictured microwave (yes I procrastinate profusely),… long story, (and decided to add super deal on GE Opal 2.0 ice maker) but in 10 minutes today he was able to make sense of everything and issue the $30 difference to my BB CC with nothing more than my phone number.

“Unfortunate that some reviews are saying that their vacuums weren't looked at. I brought a malfunctioning Kenmore Intuition in and was told that everything was fine, the bag model wasn't. They did not charge a labor fee, as the tech said she couldn't do so in good conscience as I was still walking out without a functional vacuum. Impressed with her ethics, and therefore sad that the replacement vacuum I'd bought hadn't come from them. I would like my next one to come from this place.”
