“I drive a 2022 Porsche Cayenne...Carmine Red. It's a beautiful car. Over time it has gotten a few (not beautiful!) paint chips. The primer and metal were visible. Where I live in Peachtree City the Auto Body Shops I visited basically wanted nothing to do with any attempted repairs, told me that nothing could be done or said they did not work on Porsches...very discouraging. These shops had no passion or respect for beautiful cars. Enter Driven Collision...it's 45 miles away but well worth the travel and time. I arrived at 7:30 AM on a dark cold morning and even though they were still not open there was a lot of activity (a good sign) and they let me inside. I met Alan the owner and he assured me that he would do his best to perform the repairs. Alan communicated with precision and is well versed on all aspects of paint repair. He did as he promised and the chips are not noticeable. The paint, clear coat and finishing techniques he performed are second to none. The car looks fantastic! This shop is a rare find if your passionate about your ride!”

“Great job done by Aric and his crew. Hayden and Zac do a great job of answering questions and of what to expect. Hayden almost guessed exactly what the truck would show on the Dyno, very knowledgeable. I had my truck dyno tuned at Injected Engineering after my cam, lifters and headers were swapped/added due to the dreaded Hemi lifters going out. My truck was hesitating at higher speeds and was just not running right. A shop in Dalton had supposedly "tuned" my truck. It was running so lean that the first pull wasn't even attempted by Aric. I should have come to this shop first for my cam swap. The shop is clean and parts aren't stacked up everywhere. My 2019 Ram Hemi Crew on 33's made 373hp and 397ft lbs of torque on the Dyno after it was properly tuned. I will be calling/coming here first for ANY performance upgrades in the future. Thanks again.”

The staff at this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts were extremely helpful and professional. The manager, Dawn was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned about my vehicle issues. Dawn took care of my parts issues as well as pointed me in the right direction as far as the new parts I needed. Dawn's knowledge of vehicle repair as well as parts was impressive to say the least. The rest of Dawn's staff, including Jimmy was amazing as well. Of all the auto parts store chains (the big 4), O'Reilly is the best by far and this location as well as the Tucker Georgia location are the best of the best. “Just had a wonderful "people really are good" moment in this store. Somehow the bottom flap under car came off on one side while I was driving. This NAPA was the first store I came across. I went inside to buy a bungee to hold it up, but Jim, the man working said that wouldn't work; it would still keep flapping. He grabbed a packet of zip ties and said "let me try this". He did. He tied it up for me (thank God because I'm wearing white jeans)...and said "that should hold it for awhile. I told him how much I appreciated him doing that for me and asked if I could tip him; he declined. Then I followed him inside to pay, but he said "no charge, it was the stores." That was really nice of him. Next battery or breaks I kill, I'm coming to this NAPA to replace.”

“Went 3 different car dealerships- looking for a YUKON ... and was completely unsatisfied with the customer service-- as I was heading home .. I seen a dealership . They had SUV . Every where - (. Exactly what I was looking for ). so I decided to stop. Right away when me and my husband got out the car - a guy came out and greet us ., ( his name was NICK ) he ask us a couple questions and SHOW US .. this beautiful YUKON SUV - it had everything we wanted in a SUV. But he told us the one was already SOLD ... but he had another one (IDENTICAL) at his sister store. Nick grab us some water and some snacks for my kids. ...while putting us a great DEAL TOGETHER .. next thing I know I was signing paper work -- suv was transported to CARL BLACK DEALERSHIP and ALREADY Getting detail and clean. NICK did an amazing job .. He was straight to the point ... and honest with the entire process ... no hidden fees ... the customer service was 10 STARS. .. I LOVE MY NEW SUV . “Perfect! I made an appointment with someone who's last name is Williams. Totally can't think of her name right now, but i was greeted by Diana upon my arrival and that's who assisted me with my window and my oil change. This was my first time coming to this location. I typically drive to Chamblee, but since I'm not reporting to an office, this location is closer to home. I love the Chamblee location, I've gotten 3 cars from the guys there. So i was really nervous about coming some place new. We all know the horrors of being a woman and going to a dealership for service! But this location is pretty amazing. I had my temperature checked upon my arrival. Most of the workers had on mask. It doesn't seem like it's enforced here, but they definitely wear them when speaking to you about your car. Diane was super sweet and the young lady, who's last name is Williams actually sits right next to Diana, was just as nice. They helped pass the time of waiting with their sweet and candid personalities! I felt like I've known them for years! Well technically i have met Diana before, she used to work at Ed Voyles on Cobb parkway. I don't drive much since I'm not reporting to work anymore, but I'd definitely come back here! Super fast and friendly! They didn't make up stuff for me to get fixed. Diana even asked if i had a coupon or anything to help with cost!!”
