“SK Auto Body Repair have the kindest staff. I was in a real pickle. Two days before our return to Kennesaw from New Orleans my new hearing aid slid under our Toyota Highlander console when I tried to find it after it fell between the seats, then under the front seat between a slit on the bottom of the console. Shannon's team pulled out the front seat and the console then examined the insides extensively. I was so distraught because we were leaving the next day to visit our grandkids and wanted to hear them best. Despite Shannon's team diligence there was no result. It is lost in the bowels of our car.
Shannon felt so sorry for me, despite my protests, he did not charge due to no results. They went above and beyond to help a despondent grandmother. No matter what service is needed for your car, SK Automotive is the answer. I can't recommend them high enough!!”

“Chevy Service: Sean Foster was great. I explained to him that my mother in law wore out the vehicle and it was not running bad and that the Fuel Module was damaged and hopefully under a recall. Unfortunately, it was out of recall, but Sean tried every angle to help me out. Though I am not going to get the car fixed $10K engine with you guys, his understanding and help was greatly appreciated.”

“Went 3 different car dealerships- looking for a YUKON ... and was completely unsatisfied with the customer service-- as I was heading home .. I seen a dealership . They had SUV . Every where - (. Exactly what I was looking for ). so I decided to stop. Right away when me and my husband got out the car - a guy came out and greet us ., ( his name was NICK ) he ask us a couple questions and SHOW US .. this beautiful YUKON SUV - it had everything we wanted in a SUV. But he told us the one was already SOLD ... but he had another one (IDENTICAL) at his sister store. Nick grab us some water and some snacks for my kids. ...while putting us a great DEAL TOGETHER .. next thing I know I was signing paper work -- suv was transported to CARL BLACK DEALERSHIP and ALREADY Getting detail and clean. NICK did an amazing job .. He was straight to the point ... and honest with the entire process ... no hidden fees ... the customer service was 10 STARS. .. I LOVE MY NEW SUV . “Drew definitely works with integrity. I had visited Firestone for an alignment however the technician told me my car would not start and that I needed a new battery which would be 200.00. Thinking to myself how is that possible when I have not had any battery issues. So I decided to come to Advanced and Drew immediately without hesitation assisted. He checked my battery which he confirmed was perfect and tightened up the screw on the battery. Drew you are super amazing and more companies need to hire more individuals like you. “Great customer service and experience at Bimmer’s Service Center. They swapped my factory midpipe on my G80 BMW M3 with a new non resonated single midpipe and installed a valve controller for me. It’s been about a month driving with it now and no issues, sounds fantastic. They completed the work in just a few hours and were ready for same day pickup. Would highly recommend”

“A Top Notch business and body shop. Everyone is very nice and respectful. I had hit something on the road that bent front plastic spoiler on the bottom right side of the front end and stopped by and asked him if it would be hard to get it pulled back out and the guy looks at it and said you got a minute and I said yes. So he took my keys and took it back in the shop and 15minutes later brought it back out with it fixed and would not take any money. What a Guy ? YOU VERY MUCH.”
“Called to ask about a canister purge valve for 2014 Ford Edge v6. They had it on hand for $39 with lifetime warranty. I told them I was coming to get it. Arrived and they had it sitting on the counter next to the register. Super quick check out. Great customer service.”

“I had an amazing customer service experience this Thursday. I purchased a battery and a starter, and Xazier was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make sure not only I was taken care of, but also that other customers felt welcomed as they entered the store.
He arranged for someone to install my battery, and the installation was done perfectly. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes!
I truly appreciate the excellent service. This isn’t usually the store I visit, but after this experience, I will definitely be coming back.”

“Perfect! I made an appointment with someone who's last name is Williams. Totally can't think of her name right now, but i was greeted by Diana upon my arrival and that's who assisted me with my window and my oil change. This was my first time coming to this location. I typically drive to Chamblee, but since I'm not reporting to an office, this location is closer to home. I love the Chamblee location, I've gotten 3 cars from the guys there. So i was really nervous about coming some place new. We all know the horrors of being a woman and going to a dealership for service! But this location is pretty amazing. I had my temperature checked upon my arrival. Most of the workers had on mask. It doesn't seem like it's enforced here, but they definitely wear them when speaking to you about your car. Diane was super sweet and the young lady, who's last name is Williams actually sits right next to Diana, was just as nice. They helped pass the time of waiting with their sweet and candid personalities! I felt like I've known them for years! Well technically i have met Diana before, she used to work at Ed Voyles on Cobb parkway. I don't drive much since I'm not reporting to work anymore, but I'd definitely come back here! Super fast and friendly! They didn't make up stuff for me to get fixed. Diana even asked if i had a coupon or anything to help with cost!!”
