“This was my first experience with a custom shop of any kind, so I was really worried about which company to pick to lower, and put new rims and tires on my Ford Flex. I called Monster Customs because of how many positive Google reviews they had recently compared to others in the area. I ended up working with Alejandro who sat with me and helped me pick the best options for my wants, my build, and my budget. And then we scheduled a time for me to bring the Flex in to complete the job. Nick was the technician that completed it, and not only did he do a great job, he also taught me something new I didn't know about my vehicle's engine.It ended up coming out looking amazing! In my case bracket for jack (91172202101) was at Porsche dealer 37 EUros. With Porsche Club membership it would be 34 Euros.B. At AA price of 22 US$ and 8 Us$ for shipping. It would make rd 27 Euros.C. Directly available and taking into consideration import VAT reasonably priced.BUT…D. Finally my card was charged with 21,50US$ for shipping. There is no confirmation stage of the final amount. You are just putting all the credit card data into their system.E. “As long as i live in the area i will NEVER go to another autozone again. Kris was EXTREMELY helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my car. Even in the rain! He knew what he was talking about, even when AAA did not. He helped me when it seemed like there was no easy solution because AAA said i had a lock on my tires and since I didn’t have a master lock key the tire couldn’t be removed. Kris came out and accessed even hours after he had already helped me try and start my car, but the battery needed to be replaced and it was located UNDER my tire. Thank GOD he saw that it wasn’t a locked lugnut, just a regular stripped lugnut and now my car is back to normal driving because I had faith that the tire could be removed based off his analysis and I thank GOD that Kris was at work today, without him I’d still be stranded with no car. Whatever he makes an hour, he needs a RAISE because the level of dedication to make sure the customer is ok is UNMATCHED! Thank you Kris! You dnt know how helpful you have been , and you were the angel God sent me today! Even the manager came out to access the situation and offer assistance if needed , but Kris had it under control . I didnt catch his name, but I truley appreciate you guys! Another guy that worked inside was extremely helpful as well. He ran multiple tests for me on my car with not problem! Great customer service all around. I’m so happy that this is my neighborhood Autozone because they are AMAZING every time!”

“Geronimo and the guys here are the BEST!! I found them as they were recommended as the best Subaru performance shop in Atlanta. I took my WRX there and now they work on my Datsun - a bit out of the ordinary for them except the shop owner had one so they are luckily familiar. They let me bring my own parts to save money, charge a fair labor rate and above all else, they take care of their customers!! First, when my WRX blew the transmission, I bought a used one off of eBay and it was seized up upon delivery. It was during the pandemic and I didn’t even have to be there, they packed it up and arranged return shipping while also buying a different transmission for me that then came with their responsibility to buy one that was working :) then they had my Datsun for 9 months, completely went through the engine, suspension, and wiring among other things and now it is mechanically sound. I will continue to go to them every time. Having a reliable mechanic who treats customers right isn’t always a guarantee.”
