“This was my first experience with a custom shop of any kind, so I was really worried about which company to pick to lower, and put new rims and tires on my Ford Flex. I called Monster Customs because of how many positive Google reviews they had recently compared to others in the area. I ended up working with Alejandro who sat with me and helped me pick the best options for my wants, my build, and my budget. And then we scheduled a time for me to bring the Flex in to complete the job. Nick was the technician that completed it, and not only did he do a great job, he also taught me something new I didn't know about my vehicle's engine.It ended up coming out looking amazing! “Geronimo and the guys here are the BEST!! I found them as they were recommended as the best Subaru performance shop in Atlanta. I took my WRX there and now they work on my Datsun - a bit out of the ordinary for them except the shop owner had one so they are luckily familiar. They let me bring my own parts to save money, charge a fair labor rate and above all else, they take care of their customers!! First, when my WRX blew the transmission, I bought a used one off of eBay and it was seized up upon delivery. It was during the pandemic and I didn’t even have to be there, they packed it up and arranged return shipping while also buying a different transmission for me that then came with their responsibility to buy one that was working :) then they had my Datsun for 9 months, completely went through the engine, suspension, and wiring among other things and now it is mechanically sound. I will continue to go to them every time. Having a reliable mechanic who treats customers right isn’t always a guarantee.”
