“I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.
My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.
Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!”

“SK Auto Body Repair have the kindest staff. I was in a real pickle. Two days before our return to Kennesaw from New Orleans my new hearing aid slid under our Toyota Highlander console when I tried to find it after it fell between the seats, then under the front seat between a slit on the bottom of the console. Shannon's team pulled out the front seat and the console then examined the insides extensively. I was so distraught because we were leaving the next day to visit our grandkids and wanted to hear them best. Despite Shannon's team diligence there was no result. It is lost in the bowels of our car.
Shannon felt so sorry for me, despite my protests, he did not charge due to no results. They went above and beyond to help a despondent grandmother. No matter what service is needed for your car, SK Automotive is the answer. I can't recommend them high enough!!”

“I have been going to this location for years so for this post I'll post about my experience there yesterday. I wanted to put on a new set of tires and alignment. I called after work yesterday and Corey answered and by far the nicest person ever. It was like 4:30pm they close at 6pm. He says yup bring it over. So I went and as they are doing the work I asked them to check and see if my brakes and anything else they can see if there are any issues and potentially needed to be addressed. And brakes were okay but some of the stuff like ball joints and such might need replacing in the future since my truck is over 15 years old. Anyway, they finished a little past 6pm. Real nice of them to stay after closing and finished it for me. They charge me exactly as I was quoted on the phone. They did not try to be pushy and up sale me things that weren't discussed. These are the kind of businesses I like to go to. They do the job honestly and charge me exactly as quoted. By the way, I asked and they do everything except paint. So if you have issues with your car then bring it over to Midas at Town Center. It's. A good location. And Corey and all the guys working there are professional. You know the place is kept clean and organized. That shows you people love their work and care about their work. So you know you get good quality work there. Anyway, I just thought I would leave a review here to let everyone know that this Midas location is a good place to get your car taken care of.”

“I can't say enough good things about Max Auto Experts .Unfortunately, on a Friday mid morning I was told I needed a new alternator. I started calling around to the usual places and was told no way could any of them do it. I thankfully found these people who said they could squeeze me in and fix it before the end of the day. They absolutely are the best people to work with . Family owned and operated, reasonably priced, and convenient location . They went above and beyond to help me. Actually identifying the cause as well as replacing it. Monday morning I dropped it off to replace my valve cover as it was discovered to be an issue when they replaced the alternator. Absolutely will never go anywhere else. They are so thorough and explain everything in detail. I would rate them 5 out of 5!”

“Much gratitude to MR. TIRE, and especially to Scott Polito!! I recently visited a relative in Kennesaw for the weekend. As I was leaving Sunday morning for a 2+ hour drive, I realized my back passenger tire was completely flat! A large nail was embedded in the tread. AAA came out and put the spare on, but they do not do replace tires. I was already stretched for time, now this! Out of several tire companies nearby, MR. TIRE was the ONLY business open on Sunday. I called and got an immediate appointment. I was greeted by Scott Polito. He and his team were able to repair the damaged tire and saved me the cost of replacing it. The service was done quickly and they checked my other tires too. Scott was kind, courteous, and professional. Thanks to the great customer care and service from Scott and his team, I had a safe drive and made my destination on time. I highly recommend this business to anyone in the Kennesaw area. Or traveling through, like me.”

“Kennesaw Tire is our go-to for routine preventative maintenance on our trucks. We are also a small business in the Kennesaw area so it's nice that we have a good reliable mechanic for keeping our trucks in tip top running condition. Drew has great customer service and always gets to you when he says he will. I've found they aren't the type to overpromise or mislead in any way. Fast service and they never try to sell you on stuff you don't need like other mechanics are known to do. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars because I couldn't ask for a better local mechanic.
