Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They had to order a jacket is my size, but it arrived in just 2-3 days. The only complaint is DXL is a bit pricey, especially when it's something I'll rarely wear. But, I did get many compliments.

Just visited this store and I have to say the guy who worked there his name was Kari was INCREDIBLE! He was such a patient outstanding sales rep. He sized my son, gave no judgement and was very helpful in helping pick clothes out. I would recommend working with him to anyone that goes in there
