She was so warm, friendly and had the sweetest smile. She was receptive, helpful and full of joy and of course, I walked out feeling great!Shoe Carnival in Kennesaw has an jewel in their midst. Please clone her because I will not patronize another shoe store because of her.”
“Just went to this location and had the BEST running shoe shopping experience ever, despite it being Saturday & really busy. In particular, Claire was SO kind and helpful and made finding the right shoes (often a daunting task) much easier. Because of high level of customer service, I was on my way with the perfect shoes in 30 minutes - which has never happened before ?I wear through shoes really quickly between running and my job, so it was time to replace my old worn out pair of Brooks Ghost and I wasn’t looking forward to it because it’s usually a hassle. I nearly went to a different store and I’m so glad I didn’t… I will be happily doing all my running shoe shopping at Big Peach from now on ?”

He quickly pulled together my items and had them ready when I arrived. He took the time to encourage me to try everything on to just make sure my fit was perfect! Everything was spot ON!! “I wandered into this store yesterday looking for a last minute outfit for a last minute trip to Nashville. As a middle age mom, I was having a “am I too old to be here?” moment. Cody approached me and asked me what I was shopping for. He was spectacular! So insanely helpful and as sweet as can be. Seriously, he may be my new shopping BFF! I had a blast shopping with him. He helped style outfits, including shoes. Set it all out, in outfits, in the dressing room. Not the level of sales I expected from The Buckle.
