“Compass NEVER made my 4 week storage unit visible on my online portal to pay. I received a notification this morning stating that payment was overdue and that I’d incurred a late fee. I immediately called the substitute manager Maria (Hiram) AND district manager Scott to make aware that the unit wasn’t available to pay and felt I was wrongfully being charged the $36.60 late fee. To date, still haven’t received a call from the district manager AND discovered I got locked out of my unit. I’ve got 6 units at this facility and never had an issue prior to this. Very disappointed and disgusted!! Follow up: 2 days later April called and explained where communication breakdown took place and made me whole. I really appreciate the great customer service from both April and Maryann!!”

“We had a trailer malfunction from another location while driving through GA. We went to American Mini Storage to swap trailers. Michael went beyond our expectations helping us move all of our stuff from one trailer to the other. The trailer we got was extremely clean and in a great condition. We are so grateful Michael was willing to stay late and help us, so we could continue on our trip.”

“The service reps at the Kennesaw location were ALL EXCELLENT! Very personable, friendly and efficient! Had Uboxes shipped from Maryland to this location and when it was time for the move out, they made this process very seamless. Vera (I believe her name) was friendly and accommodating. I even left something in the Uhaul, and they had it waiting for me the next day. Great team. All seem happy to assist.”
