“The service reps at the Kennesaw location were ALL EXCELLENT! Very personable, friendly and efficient! Had Uboxes shipped from Maryland to this location and when it was time for the move out, they made this process very seamless. Vera (I believe her name) was friendly and accommodating. I even left something in the Uhaul, and they had it waiting for me the next day. Great team. All seem happy to assist.”

“Not sure about the negative reviews about this location? I would assume like any service industry people don't like anything to go wrong and ping the site with a negative review. The place is obviously successful given the traffic and people using their service. I have used this place multiple times from storage for my father in-law, to my own move. I have have also recently had a tow hitch installed and have nothing but positive things to say about this location and the people there. I would highly recommend this location and i don't post reviews often”
