“Our experience with Angela at the membership/ returns desk on 4/2/2023 at approximately 3:00pm, was PHENOMENAL!! She gave us superior customer service and talked us into the Executive membership. We have never been members before and is just the 2 of us, empty nesters, in the household. Angela convinced us how 'worth it' the executive membership is even with just 2 people in a household. Unfortunately, Angela was at lunch when we came back to sign up, after our tour, so she did not get the 'sale', but she continued to help us even after signing up, pointing us to the app and how to use it most effectively. Costco is lucky to have such a fantastic person, focused on the customer no matter what is in it for them. We will point all friends to Angela to sign up going forward”
“I am more than happy to leave a review. I am a small business that operates from my home. So when it comes to getting shipments of supplies, let's just say it is not easy. Staci Hill made my experience much easier and I would highly recommend going with Round Eye given their great customer care. Let me explain, I was having issues with my shipments and I reached out to Round Eye's Staci Hill. Even though she had so much on her plate, she listen to my issue and gave me two forms of contact. “Prime location costco. Pretty standard configuration, but due to its location has fewer discounts going on. Bakery is overpriced compared to others, with many items having a same day expiry with no markdowns (weirdly). Gas here is a little more expensive than other costco locations.”

“They were having pump issues, but as you would expect from Costco, the repairman showed up while I was pumping! Good job!!Plus, unlike Fla. they have a great amount of pumps!!”
