“Today I meet the most sweet kind hearted lady and her name is Ms. Jennifer ! She helped me to override a jacket that is not price the same as the store . Curbside pick up is different price then the store and any other worker said they can’t do anything it an online order . I cancel curb site pick up because since I am there I rather pick up the jacket myself and some other items . I drove over half an hour to pick up my son red jacket. The next curb side pick up again is 4pm. And it only 11am! My store is sold out , my main purpose to be at this Sam’s location is to buy my son his favorite color red jacket . Ms. Jennifer have touched my heart so much for doing the price adjustment for me . It mean alot to me . We need more people like this In this world !”
“Awesome place to get you small engine repaired and tuned. I had a lawnmower that would NOT start and they took care of me. The price was significantly cheaper than getting a new lawnmower.
They also taught me how to maintain the mower long term so I can keep it running longer.
I swear this thing is working a lot better than I remember. They even cleaned it up and polished it for me - I didn't realize it was mine until they pointed it out.
Would take a small engine to them again.”
“We have been using Gear One for about 4 years for company shirts and a few odd items. There have been a couple hiccups but they were always handled fairly and promptly, and they are still our go to every few months for embroidered items for our team.”
“Saved us a ton of money ?. We thought we needed a costly repair, nope. Sam's removed, tested, and discarded the old battery, installed the new one, which has a 3 year warranty, and had us ready to go long before we had finished shopping ?”

“Sam's is much easier to shop at than Costco. Their "scan and go" on the app is awesome. Just scan your items as you put them in the cart. No more standing in lines to cash out. Just scan, swipe and go to the exit. They'll scan the code on your phone along either 3 or 4 items and you'll be on your way. I've been using it for 6 months and I love it. It can also be used at the gas pumps. Costco is such a drag. The parking lot is like a game of "Frogger". You need to show a card either way your picture on it. You get ambushed by sales reps. The lines are ridiculously long. Sam's is just a better place now.”
“Used to going into this Sam's at least two times a week. Sometimes I have been there more often because I done a lot of shopping for work. They have a good selection of food items, paper goods, cat and dog food, nuts, frozen foods etcetera. Location is great for me and usually the staff is friendly. I have only once gotten not so good customer service.The Pharmacy is a nice addition even I use Kroger Pharmacy closer to home for my prescription medicines. Basically, they have everything one needs. Also they carry, hearing aides, optical items and electronics. When I want to purchase smaller amounts of food Wal-Mart is another option.Best thing is not to go on a Sunday afternoon. It's a madhouse.”
“I was skeptical about the customer service after reading some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and warm. They would ask me if I needed any help without asking. Many times they have walked me to a product out of their area. I highly recommend this location.”
